Unlock service tax aces password
Attempted wrong password for more than 5 times in Aces Service tax login & at the end Login was unlocked.
Now " I know the correct userid & password" But could login.
1) For How many days Login will be unlocked
2) Only method to login/Unlock is to enter Userid & Secret Question answer, which i have forgotten
AS per the following site Only option is to seek Dept help by person, Please suggest whether "Correction of password by Dept. is last hope - As service tax return filing date are near.

Hiiiii,
If you forgotten the secret question that application to the service tax department is the only option for reseting the password.So apply to the service tax officer on letterhead for asking the new password by mail.
