I served my articleship under two principals during the first part that is of 1 yr 5 mths i did not have any excess leave instead had unavailed leave of 45days now during the second part of articleship i have excess leave i.e 160 days on the basis of total period served of 2ys 1 mth i want to know can i set off the excess with that unavailed leave the total leave taken under both principals comes to around 195 days........................

U need to follw d follwing cal in totality
365*3.5 yrs if pcc XXX
Less " Leaves already taken( from both firm -total) (XXX)
Bal avaiable XXX
Max allowed is 1/6 th of Bal above
Now u cal accordingly in totality of both d firms jointly .
