Unable to Submit LLP Form 3&4 on MCA v3 Portal

Hello, we have an LLP with two partners, my partner passed away on 24th Sep 2022, leaving me sole partner in LLP. due to personal reasons and unavoidable circumstances, I couldn't submit form 3&4 in October the LLP had been dormant without any operations. Now, I am planning to start operations and have been trying to submit forms since December. I have a supplementary LLP agreement made with me as sole/continuing partner with intention to add partner in near future. Unable to submit forms through all browsers

In the v3 portal after filling all details submit option is unresponsive, does anyone else face this problem? what can we do?

Yes that's the issue everyone is facing.
just raise a ticket, even though lots of tickets has been raised which are pending, that is the least we can do now.

Yes, I raised 2 tickets no response in last 2 months

V3 portal has many technical glitches
Raise grievance , issues resolved within 3-4 days.

I raised the grievance, I was told that the issue has been resolved and to try again in incognito mode.

I can see error box now which did not appear in my prior attempts, however the form is still not submitted

I made another grievance on portal, i will update once i receive response.
