Unable to select single group in registration form

 I hiral vajani wanting to register for intermediate course for group 1 for may 2023 attempt but when i started filling form i come to know that i m unable to select from dropdown list provided for 'join the course' section. it automatically get selected for both grp1 n 2. i thought any glitch were there but next day i again login and check the same but i m facing same issue pls guide me what to do next
