Unable to file GSTR1 &GSTR 3B using with EVC.Than shown a error message -Authorised Signatory details not found or user not registered.How can I do

I think GSTN portal and systems going to errrrrrrrrrrrrrror once again...
So, write to CBEC and GSTN twitter.

So now we have to create account on Twitter to request CBEC and GST

But, Surely said it's not human being's error...
So, we have only waiting or try to later or write to CBEC for our reporting purpose...
