UDIN for DIR 3 KYC

Please inform me that do we have to take udin for DIR 3 kyc . If yes than under which head we have to select for UDIN certificate.

The only ROC e-form for which UDIN is mandatorily required to be attached is form MGT-7 as per "FAQS on Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN)" issued by the ICSI.
