We have both SEZ & DTA units in same State Tamilnadu and presently have Udhyam Registration for DTA unit and should I have the another Udhyam Certificate for SEZ also?

You should not have separate Udyam certificates for units sharing the same PAN. Instead, update your existing Udyam registration to include the SEZ unit as an additional location.
