Please fix my doubt u/s 139 of Companies Act, 2013
if members do not ratify appointment of auditor at any AGM then whether BOD gets right to appoint another auditor OR they required to follow manner and procedure of selection of auditors by companys' members prescribed under the Companies (Audit and Auditors) Rules,2014?

If any auditors are not appointed then that AGM will be traeted as adjourned and postponed to next week, same day, place and time.....thereafter the BOD will have to give the old auditors a chance to represent themselves and also provide the shareholders with another auditor or audiotors for appointement.....

Auditor, already, has been APPOINTED for a period from conclusion of Ist AGM till conclusion of its 6th AGM. When members do not retify his appointment in any subsequent AGM then what would be position of auditor?
It will be as i have stated above......the auditor will be given a chance of representing himself in the adjourned AGM.......
