Two courses

Form 112 is the application to seek permission. If ICAI permits it, you can do it. I can't tell whether ICAI will permit it or not, but there's no harm is sending the application, you sure can send the application.

can form.112 be sent before registration of the other course?

If you are doubtful if the course you wish to enrol will be permitted by ICAI or not, it is better to send it before hand.

However, rules ask you to send 112 within30 days of enrolment.

@ Aravind : You have to fill the details of the course in Form - 112 after joining the course as the form asks whether pursuing anyother course at the time of filling the form & not subsequent.. 

So first be clear with the course joining, join the course & later submit the form..

I am sure to join the course. But i am afraid that if i register and then apply the form and if icai doesnt permit it, the period of articles from the time of registration of that course will not be taken into account, till i cancel that course.Please help me.

So I say send the form before hand. Form 112 can be used before and after joining another course, both ways... It is divided in different parts for different cases.. Go through the form properly and you'll know.

If you have time to join the other course, better send the form 112 first, else you may risk loosing money spend on joining the course, and/ or articleship period not being recognised, if not permitted.
