if we are doing charity and provide services to patients. &we purchase a goods for patients like medicines and so on . plz reply

Dear Mr.Kanchan Kukreja,

Please confirm your annual turnover or average total purchase amount for year. and also confirm whether there is any service tax registration in your charty.

Hi,

You must register under GST act, because your turnover is over 20 lakhs.
