Kahne oor Karne me bahut fark hota he......oor 3 ghante baad bahut kuch badal jata he.....usne kuch nahi kiya hoga....don't worry.....

Kuch nahi hoga.  Saale pehle toh slowly papers distribute karte hai aur phir darate hai. Dont worry .

mujhe bas ek baat ka darr h ki after submitting my answersheet agar usne kuch answer m her pher kar di to mujhe kaisa pata lage ga?

aur ha kya wo aisa kar sakta h kya saala galti bi uski aur maine usse maffi bhi mangi phir bhi aakad ke bolta h ki tu apna result dekhio.

dont worry, he wont do anything... just make sure he has signed in your hall ticket to show that you have attended the paper... other than that he cant do anything...

also, after ur papers are over, do write an official complaint against him specifying the center details, and the persons details, if you know it...write to ICAI and preferably to as many higher authorities as you can... strict action needs to be taken against such arrogant and lazy people... also do write to the Principal or Head of that School or college also...

and if you do clear the exams, go meet him again and dance in front of him...

okay im jus kiddin about the last thing... but do the other things... 

agreed wid tejas.....make a written complaint to institute wid all proper details and the name of the teacher as well (admit card pe usne likha hoga) and do contact ur center HOD about the incident.

i dont want to make written complaint because i think icai is one of the prestigious exam in india and such things should not be happened to students.

you should complain....and dnt worry, he will not do anything.......

we should all protest aganist this exam centre people, it allmost happens in all centres, they do dada giri, and even disturb the candidates, by talking all around while the students are writting the exam, were one requires concentration....

He/she can't do anything...don't worry at all...what are courts for ? they r non-sense people who don't knw how to treat a student, specially at the time of xams....

but u should complain & teach him/her the lesson so that nobody in future try to do that again

I love your sense of humour... ICAI is one of the prestigious exam in India??? CA is a prestigious degree... ICAI has done nothing to be anything associated with prestige... Anyways thats another topic... for now do make the complaint... 

You should have complained to the Observers, i.e. the CAs who come to check in rounds. You can take this matter to centre head/ your branch/ chapter and also ICAI head office.

Threaten the centre head that you will write to the ICAI head office and take every step possible to take away their empanelment as CA exam centre if no action is taken against that invigilator.

If during the complaint and hearing process, if any, you meet that invigilator.. you say.. ab aap dekhiyo..

Itna daroge to CA kaise banoge, kalko itne ghaple karne hain....

BTW, you should have threaten him back as a comeback, if I don't get my expected results for any reason, then aap dekhiyo.. to mere liye dua karna.. ;)
