can a transport agent generate GST id,not own any vehicle.

Yes, he can take GST registration but needs to do all compliance and incur compliance cost

Not gst registration only want to generate GST id on e-way Bill porter

Any person (URD) can obtain ID by registering himself on E-way portal , by having Adhaar Card & PAN
