Hello All,
I am working on transportation maximisation problem. Question no 11 and 12 in Practice Manual.
In the first problem, dummy column was created then opprotunity loss matrix generated. In problem 12, opprtunity loss matrix was created first then then dummy column was added .
Which is the right method ? Please explain

Are you sure ? It looks like in Practice manual answers are different ?
I don't have PM let me download and check,but u can do it both ways it depends on the convenience
sudeesh,i tried and got the same answer for 12th sum when i introduced dummy column first.
