Hello All,
I am working on transportation maximisation problem. Question no 11 and 12 in Practice Manual.
In the first problem, dummy column was created then opprotunity loss matrix generated. In problem 12, opprtunity loss matrix was created first then then dummy column was added .
Which is the right method ? Please explain
