Transfer within first year of articleship

helo everyone, 

Today i found a very strange reply by the ICAI staff. A friend of mine wants to take transfer from his current principal on the grounds of getting a better opportunity in a BIG Firm. Date of termination is within the first year, however the form was signed  after the expiry of first year.

ICAI said that the date of termination, signed of form and submission of form is within the first year of articleship. and they don't have any alternatives of such actions.

The ICAI also told me that they don't even have a team for the students. they only care about their members.

very strange behaviour.

So students who are looking for the transfers shall read it and comply accordingly
