hello Friends,

Actually...My friend is converted from PCC to IPCC...and regarding this .he submitted a letter for approval of ransfer...now he receives a Approval(or consent) letter from the institute regarding transfer of articleship....he was applied as per per the reasons of 30th june notification....because as per 30th june notification if a student converts from PCC to IPCC..he can seek for transfer of articleship..and as same institute gives him a approval for transfer of articleship.... now the problem is that....uska may,2010 mein IPCC ka exam hai...and till date uske charetred ne aabhi tak 109 form(for transfer of articleship) sign nahi kiya hai...i just want tu ask ki kya vo 109 form after exam submit karva sakta hai...i mean...as usko institue se approval milli hui hai...to aisa to nahi ki uska transfer form reject ho jaye...and koi last date hoti hai kya....109 form submit karvane ki IPCC ke case mein tranfer le raha hai vo to...humne confusion hai...aagar vo exam ke beech mein ya fir exam ke baad 109 form submit karvaye to kahi transfer form reject to nahi ho jayega....usne institute mein inquire kiya to they replies....ki koi last date nahi hai..but aap jitna jaldi ho sakte form submit karva do....

so..pls kindly direct ur a right advise..

Is he alredy register in IPCC without depositing form 109???

yes......usne institute mein baat ki thii ki is it necesassry ki conversion ke time par hi 109 form submit karvaye..to institute ne kaha ki no...its not necessasry aap baad mein submit karva sakte ho...se usne 25th dec.2009 mein IPCC mein convert karvaya thaa...

Dear Sachin,If he is already register under IPCC then i think there is no prob to give exam. But you have to talk to institute regarding this matter because it is crucial matter. As per my advice you have to go to vishwas nagar at article section on third floor between 3 to 5 P.m and talk to this matter and asked them whether it could impact on ur exam or not.

Mr.. babit khurana..,

point of worry is not exam..exam de ne ke liye to vo elligible hai and uska admit card bhi aa gaya hai.. .main point is that....ki vo form 109 for transfer sign karva le aapne chartered se...and institute due to late submission reject kar de..to institute to kahega ki..aapko aapne previous chartered ke under hi training karni hai and ..previous chartered kahega..ki meine to transfer de diya...ab ye jo rejection hai usse mera koi concern nahi hai...aab jo hai.ye student and institute ke beech ka case hai..mujhe mat involve karo..then.fir uska previous chareterd bhi usko nahi lega..

Dear shreya there is no last date to deposit 109, there is no prob if you deposit the 109 after exam and main thing your approval cant be terminated by institute when you submit your 109. pl remember to attach approval letter issue by institute. I think when you are going to deposit 109 you have to give an application too on plain paper describing the reason of condone.
