I appeared my bcom exam and now i want to take transfer from current city, still 1 year is left to complete my articleship, is there any rule to take transfer? i want to take transfer, now what should i do for it?

Send a request letter to ICAI signed by you and your present employer. clearly stating your problems and obtain prior approval of ICAI to take transfer. Then you can take transfer, but since it is the last year of your articleship, it is my advise to continue and it is also hard to obtain permission of ICAI in your case. However, you can apply for permission, you may get the same granted.
