Transfer/termination of articleship rules

i want to take transfer of my articleship. i want to work at different firm. i am an ipcc student and completed 8 months of training. my sir gave me a permission for transfer. wil ICAI would allow me?

i have cleared ipcc may 2011 and started my articleship from august now due to some reason i want to terminate my articleship from present principal as per council's decision of within first year of training but my principal is not giving me transfer.i have filled form 120. Whether i will be able to get transfer from present employer if even after receiving institute's letter as per form 120 he denies for giving trandfer? What else i can do for getting transfer?

is the transfer of articles at the end of the first year (i.e. after 11months ) acceptable?. Please give me a suggestion....
