i had applied for tranfer on 6th july,
got a letter on 14th oct that my transfer has been rejected.
My grandmother is on her death bed n my mother is seriously ill. It has become difficult for me to seay 1500kms away from home. Family problems is not a ground for transfer. what can i do?

and your CA can mark only absents for which you can compensate afterwords
ICAI rejected your transfer, try secondment, as suggested above.
But how much time is left for you to complete articleship? Dont take decision when you are sad bro...
If your CA throws you out, then is your purpose served? i think, YES...
