Hey friends, I need some of your expert advice regarding transfer of articleship during the first year of my artcile training.
I have passed my IPCC exam in may 2010(both groups), and i have joined my articleship in a midsize firm from 26/8/2010. now i want to take a transfer from my firm.
my questions are as follows:
1) can both the parties. i.e the principal and article trainee need to be in same consent for a transfer?
2)if the trainee wants to take the transfer in the first year of the articleship, and the principal does not allow it, can the trainee still take a transfer?
3)according to the new rule as per ICAI, i can have a transfer in the first year, so does i need to take permission of my principal and does the principal have the right to not to give me transfer in the first year of my training?
I have read the circular about the transfer issued by the ICAI regarding this matter, but still as m confused, can any one help me regarding this matter.
