Is transfer of EPCG Licence to third party is possible??
One of my client who is owening EPCG Licence is required some plant & machinery which is indiginiously available. But the manufacturar of that machinery is required to import some parts for that machine. Now can such manufacturar of machinery can import such parts in his name on my clients EPCG Licence?? If yes then how??
