Friends I had taken transfer from one of the big 4s on 19th Feb 2013. I have started going to another firm from 3rd March .The C.A is agreeing to give me the date of 20th Feb , 2013 but I don't have the stamp paper and now obviously I can't have the stamp paper for either of the dates 3rd March or 20th Feb .? Is stamp paper very very important?
In my case I won't have a stamp paper? Can there be any problem
and In case of Re-registration can i submit form 103 after one month with that extra fees or is that only applicable at the time of first registration? because my C.A has gone outside
