Is transfer of articleship possible in the first six months of articleship within the same city i.e within 50 kms???
Will the period served be counted in the 3 years of articleship period if i take the transfer??
What is the procedure of taking transfer and in what time will it take effect to get re-registration of articleship under my new Principal??

Of course, it is possible to have a transfer in first six months, rather it can be upto first 12 months also, u just have to get signed form 109 for termination from ur present principal and immediately u can fill up form 103 for re-registration with ur another principal and deposit the both forms with the institute.
