Transfer of Articleship in final year of training

no, the rule is same for transfer restriction relating to final year. he  need to fulfill all requirement same as wlll.

but if the article period is getin over in march 2010 and extension is for period april to august 2010...then can the extension period be served with someother principal....coz one has to file form 108 for completion of article ship of 3 years...so can u tell me whether the same will be considered as transfer....
