Transfer of articleship from region to another

Hello,

I am taking a transfer within the first year of my articleship. Ive already filed Form 109 with ICAI. But my query is as follows:

Im purusing Bcom(Third Year) from BMCC, Pune. My new principal's registered address is of Bangalore. Will I be allowed to take a transfer in such a case as im pursuing Bcom from Pune and my new principal's registered office address is of Bangalore. Also i would like to state that none of my new prinicpal's partners' office address is registered in Pune. In such a case what am i supposed to do? Please help
