Transfer of articleship from karnatak to goa

Hi friends

am confused about transfer of my articleship i.e where to send articleship termination form 109 and new articleship reg form, since i served articleship 5 months in bangalore karntataka(SIRC REGION) and now i joined articleship in Goa (WIRC REGION)

     Due to changes in region i get confused about it

    plz help me

Send form 109 to the regional office under which u served 5 months.

And new form 103 to new regional office where you will be serving remaining period.
