There are specified grounds on the basis on which you can take transfer after first year of articleship. You may see regulations in this regard. An application to be made to the institute along with principals NOC and othet documentary evidence. The application would depend on the ground based on which you are applying. Generally it would include the reason and under which regulation you are seeking a transfer. So make sure you mention that clearly. Besides other normal things like your registration number etc. You may give reference of the NOC from principal and other enclosures like documentary evidence if any.
