I am in a very sticky situtation. i am pursuing my articleship in pune and have finished 2.5 years, another one year to go.
the firm where im working is closing down as my boss is very aged. practicaly there will be a lock in the office but on paper he is not withdrawing his private practice from the Institute.
In this situation how do i take a transfer as the transfer rules r very strict? Kindly help me, its very crucial for me career.
hey in my opinion you can go for secondment for the remaining 1 year of your training
WELL 1ST U SHOULD CHOOSE A GOOD CA FROM UR CITY,THEN GET THE "FORM FOR INTIMATION OF SECONDMENT" FROM THE ICAI SITE>FORMS SECTION, GET IT FILLED 4M UR CA THE SAME AND SEND IT TO THE INSTITUTE.................SIMPLE,ISN'T IT?

Theres also the option of industrial training i guess....
i also want take transf. because of have completed my training above 2.5 yrs .no body supervised me during the time training & working . there is only bank concurrent audit and body help me during the of audit . and they are paying 2100 as stipend inclusive of all conveyance and expenses. i am going to bank regulary that is too far from my house & my office i am expending time daily during travlling app.3-4 hours . and there is no corporat work
so pls suggest me how could be take transffes from my boss
no we can't take secondment after one yr of articleship

I do not know whether it is correct. But, If your office is closed, sit at home and study for your exams. On last date of articles get your Form 108 signed, But check ICAI rules.
secondment is not possible for the last year of your articleship.

For Your Information,
In the last year you cannot take termination of articleship for this reason. Also you cannot get secondment of articles as it is not allowed in the last year. So either you have choice to work with previous CA with mutual consent on the paper or else go for the industrial training.
In my opinion this is the only two solutions you are having. Good Luck
