can any one tell me whether articleship can be transfered from one place to any other place which is 50km away from the current one.
Im doing articleship in Hyderabad and i want to transfer my articles to near by my home town. Hence plz suggest me whether i can do so.
hey pavan it depends on what grounds u are takingtermination.if u take termination on medical reason u can join articles any where after 3 months.
n for other reasons u shldn join within 50kms of ur present office
not on medical reason.....im transfering as that would be near to my home. Any way the ofz which im planning to join is 50km away from the current one as per rule.
My question is that whether i can transfer as the other conditions does nt apply to me i.e., transfer of father. Im only migrating there becz of some reasons.

as 1) trasnfer of parents is not applicable to me 2) even nt on medical grounds

yaar, so much confusion on transfer on articleship, as notifications coming from regular intervals.refer that one.or consult to direct SIRC office at hyderabad.
Hi pavan, as per u said, u don't have any reason for transfer, but only its ur wish... Then in that case, transfer is not possible...
Try to understand ICAI notification, it says, IF THE SHIFTING IS BY PRINCIPAL TO OTHER CITY OR AT A FAR DISTANCE OF MORE THAN 50 KMS, then u can take transfer........
So, there's no scope for transfer.. But secondment is possible, for that, u should contact the ICAI branch of ur town
u knw now u can take transfer in only 3 cases if u satisfy the conditions u can get transfer else not..............
the conditions being:
1.death of principal
2.marriage
3.parent transfer
There should b some proper ground for transfer lyk permanent transfer
from place of article or some medical ground
Hi pavan as u said, u can take transfer for the reason stated by u.., as it pertains to migration.....
But, i dnt know what will be the consequences if u return back after 10-12 months.. I mean, will u be forced to continue with ur old boss or u can take any new boss in same city....
But u cn tak transfer on such basis, i think no restriction is imposed on such thing...
hi.. i hav completed 3 yrs of trainin...i hav still not been able 2 clear my inter exams....cn i tke termination n 1st clear my inter exam n dn do my 6 mnths remainin trainin.....
