Transfer of articleship

1.with out principle consent you cannot take transfer of articleship. 2.with in one year of articleship you just need to get your boss signature in Form 109 and submit to icai for transfer of articleship and can join with other ca and submit form 103 and execute form 102 for balance period. 3.If you want to take transfer after one year you need to take icai permision before doing procedure as in step 2.ICAI permission is mandatory.you need to send a letter to icai seeking permission for transfer of articleship explaining reason for transfer along with your boss recommendation letter for transfer agreeing with reason given by you
