Transfer of articleship

Hi 

i wish to transfer my city of articleship as moving to my hometown with parents and am in my second year .. i already have the noc from my current employer

i wish to know that once i submit my request for transfer to the institute -- can i join immediately with my new employer or i must wait for the permission which takes about 2-3months

secondly if i am allowed to join the new employer will my articleship be counted from the date of joining the firm or form th edate of receiving the permission from the institue
