I am planning to take my transfer please guide me with the entire process.
I had commenced my articleship on 12.04.2012,so when will my attempt be???
Also if there is any gap between my termination from the present firm & joining of new firm will it have an effect on my attempt of final CA??
Please help me in all my queries
1. Subject to excess leave, if any, you will be eligible to give your attempt in Nov, 2014 as one has to complete atleast 2.5 years of articleship in order to write the final exams.
2. There isn't any such thing as the time period between the date of termination from earlier firm and date of commencement of in the new firm But it might have an impact on your final attempt as you have to complete atleast 2.5 years of articleship for the same.
