I am in the first year of articleship. I have already taken transfer from one CA. Now i want to take transfer from my existing employer also. Do i have any remedy...?? Please let me know how many time transfer can be taken in the first year of articleshi..??
You cannot take anymore transfers now. in second year you can take transfer i you fulfill the conditionss given by the ICAI
If you are still in the first year you can take transfer in more than one firm. I am saying this because a guy in my firm has also done the same.
There is no limit on transfer in the first year...take as many times as you want...
