you need to send a letter to the regional offfice along with the consent of your existing principal..citing the reasons for opting for articleship(pls go throgh the rules in regard to this)..if your reason is genuine they will grant you the approval in around 1.5 months..after getting approval you need to get the form 109 signed and send to the institute
