ya it is as per ur will but u hav to tak permission or consent of your principle. you have to give proper reason for transfer.
HEY SWATHI SORRY TO SAY YOU CANT..YOU NEED CONSENT FROM PRINCIPAL.IN THE FIRST YEAR YOU DONT NEED TO TAKE CONSENT FROM ICAI.
