Hey i am IPCC Rank holder.

Friends i want to discuss some conflicts regarding my articleship. My CA is not in favour of giving transfer and i hv just completed 4 months of my article training. I don't want to continue with my article training under the same CA as i am not satisfies with the type of work and office enviornment.

I am in too much trouble , both with the trouble and mental pressure..

i know that in CA law there is prov of transfer within 1 year but itis only when the principal gives consent. I am even ready to restart my training if such prov is avaliable. Pls help me...

PLease suggest me what should i do..

It is not possible to take transfer without the consent of your principal even if you are ready to re-start your Articleship.

You have to somehow make your principal sign your Form 109 for transfer of your Articleship. I can understand it is very difficult. But you have to when you are not at all satisfied with your work and office environment.
