Transfer of articleship

after completion of one year of yr article training if you move for transfer you have to put valid reason and it is quite complex whereas before ccompletion of one year you may take transfer easily. for more contact to e sahayata.

First make sure your Principal is agreed for your transfer. Then only think about transfer. Else its complex.

Transfer after one year is not possible except under exceptional situations......but Secondment9Exchange) is possible ......However, such Secondment cannot exceed more than 1 yr.
