I am aware of the fact that Articles can take transfers only outside the City within One year of Articleship.
I wanted to know that is there any provision regarding transfer within One year of the Articleship and within the same City?

an article can apply for transfer during first year of articleship freely so if you join any ca within the the same city there will be no problem

so u have take trsfer only certified reason given by icai
otherwise u does nt take transfer..
