i want to know which form is for transfer of articleship? What is the meaning of termination? What is the use of the form No. 108?

For transfer of articleship form 109 is required to be filled in triplicate, click here to Download- https://220.227.161.86/7512form109_std.pdf
108 is when you complete 3 years , u will have to fill it for completition and termination

Form 109 is used for getting transfer and 108 for termination or completeion of articleship.
