I am in a fix regarding transfer of my articleship.This is my 1st year of articleship. I have got form 109 signed by my current principal but my member in charge of training is not allowing me the transfer currently as he is compelling me to work till november as others will be at a leave due to ipcc examinations. Earlier he agreed for my transfer and thereafter I searched for other firm and told them that i will join by november. Now if i don't join the other firm by november then there will be no vacancy. So i require transfer at the earliest.
Do i need to get form 109 signed by Member in charge of my training??? or the sign. of Principal is sufficient?? Can the institute help me regarding the issue?
