Transfer of articleship

Yes Prior Permission of ICAI Required

but i went to the institute in my city and the people sitting there said that approval not required as I am changing the city

 IF you Take tranfer in first year of articleship then no permission is required

& in your case you take permission in firt year of articleship so permission is not required

Form 109 fill karna pdega na?

If the principle agrees, than directly fill the form 109, and send it to institute.

No need to take permission in the first year of articleship. i have taken transfer in june 2011. it is advisable that u send form 103 along with form 109 so as to reduce the delay. the institute will send a letter with in 60 days.

Yes... Prior approval is not required for transfer during first year  of articleship...

Within one year prior permission is not required & then file form no 109.
