I have presently served 2yrs 10 months under my CA.But now he is transferring his business premises to some other far place due to his personal reasons. I would like to now whether I am allowed to transfer my articleship at this stage and does this reason hold good.

From Chembur to Dombivali. I dont knw d exact distance
If the distance is of new premises is beyond 50 kms, you can apply for transfer

But its just 8-9 months left for the completion of my articleship.is it allowed as per ICAI rules at this stage.
