I am a student of CA final n doing articleship. I want to take transfer and am eligible to do so as per Institute's norms(for IPCC students, in 1st year transfer is allowed), but my principal is not giving his consent.
Plz hellp me as to what can i do..
I agree with Radhakrishana view. First year you can transfer freely. From the second year onwards some restriction were imposed over transfer of articleship

In the first year of articleship, After taking Transfer from prinicipal , can we join within the 50 kms distance
