in the first year of articleship you can transffer without any reason given . you can also send query on e sahayata for more

I agree with Radhakrishana view. First year you can transfer freely. From the second year onwards some restriction were imposed over transfer of articleship

there is no any choice for u if your principal not agree with the same.

1st and last choice for u as per your question; u have to remain with him.
