u can give exams in the last 6 months of ur training 

Thanks Vivek but i want to know what are the forms that i have to fill up and submit for the transfer of articleship ?

also if i have started my articles on 31st october 2009 m i eligible for first CA final attempt in Nov 2011 ?

109 for termination

102 and 103 for registration with new principle

and about ur attempt i don't know exactly if its last 12 months of training u can give in NOV if its last 6 months of training then u can give in may 2012

if u take even one excess leaves more than what u are allowed to take (i.e 1 leave for 6 working days) then ur attempt will be delayed for 6 months

because last 6 or 12 months of training are consider if competed before the 1st  day of the month of examination
