FRIENDS IF I AM SHIFTING MY RESIDENCE FROM MUMBAI TO GUJARAT,THAN IS IT NECESSARY THAT I SHOULD HAVE A VALID REASON FOR SHIFTING MY RESIDENCE LIKE TRANSFER OF WORKING PARENTS OR SUCH FOR THE PURPOSE OF TRANSFER OF ARTICLESHIP?

WHAT IF I AM SHIFTING MY RESIDENCE TO GUJARAT WITHOUT ANY REASONS?

CAN I TAKE TRANSFER IN SUCH A CASE? IS THERE ANY PROVISON THAT REFRAINS FROM FROM TAKING TRANSFER DUE TO INSUFFICIENT REASONS TO SHIFT RESIDENCE.

YOUR REPLY WILL BE ADMIRED.PLS GIVE SUGGESTIONS.

ITS A BIG PROBLEM FOR ME.

If you are shifting your Residence mainly for the reason that your parents' occupation is shifting, Then it is OKAY. Otherwise it is not So.

ACTUALLY MY PARENTS OCCUPATION HAS NOT BEEN SHIFTED BUT NEWLY CREATED THERE AT GUJARAT,SO CAN I GET TRANSFER IN CASE I SHIFT FROM MUMBAI TO GUJARAT AND ALSO IT IS MORE THAN 50 KMS.

U should give an application to icai with mentioning ur actual problem. I think u will get transfer on matter which u above mentioned.

I belong from raipur n i wana go to nagpur for finals as there is no satisfactory coaching classes for finals in raipur but my ca is not allowing me. can any one plz suggest me any ground for taking trasfer in this situation.your reply will be admired.plz help me...

i think that we all should approach to ICAI and request the council to allow transfer as the employer can harrass any article on the ground that no transfer is allowed. lets be united...... @
