TRANSFER OF ARTICLES
HEy frineds, please help me out and please let me know whether transfer of Articles is allowed or not? Please its very urgent, help me out?????

On paper icai has mentioned that one transfer is allowed, however in reality there is no transfer allowed because there is one clause which says first permission must be taken from the president, As i had sent a letter there is no reply from the president from past 2 months.So there is no transfer allowed however one can try on paper
I would like to remind you that No one can Take Transfer
It was announced in March 27th 2009
Transfer is not allowed unless there has been some justified circumstances as may be deemed genuine by the Council. A list u may find on institute's site and its effective from 27th march
