Transfer of articles

Hi,  I stay at Hyderabad, regarding my transfer of Articleship in 2nd year under medical grounds, after arranging the NOC of principal , medical certificate and a consent letter where should I post all these documents to Chennai icai chapter or Delhi icai chapter!!!??

Kindly help!!

you have to send all your documents relating to transfer od articleship to your region had office not to delhi.
