Transfer of article...plz help

An article working under a CA firm...about to complete first year of articleship...dissatisfied from present CA firm...wanted to take transfer in some other firm.

But the boss is very strict, I fear that he might reject my request for transfer and if he does so then it can affect my future working in the same company.

I wanted to know is there any solution for such situation (if he rejects my request)? Can ICAI Institute help in this matter? Is there any legal action for it?

Please help me.
