Dear Sir,
My Friend is Pursuing articleship from Mumbai. He has completed 15 Months of Articleship.
Two Months Back he met with an accident and he is on bed rest till now due to disallocation of some part of spinal Disk, looks like it will further take 2 more Months to him to recover fully.
Now his father (even he) seek to get him transferred his articlehip at his home town which is more than 50 Km far from Mumbai.
What steps should he take.
After 3 months of bed rest (2 months are over) he will get the Medicle certificate regarding the same.
How should he approach the ICAI in concerned matter.
