I have completed my training period & only extension period is left. So can I take transfer during this period?
If yes which Forms are required to be filled?
What can I do if my principal does not allow me to take transfer?

aaray ismay transfer ki baat kaha se aa gayi haii.....
aap ka period waha par khatam ho chuka haii....
ab aap kahi se bhi articleship kar sakta
Form 108 employer se sign karwa loo
Extended period ke liye Form 107 or 103 filed hoga...
agar aap previous employer par bhi kartay hoo to
jab bhi aapko Form filed karna hoga for extended period ke liye..

frns please help me out as i dont know what procedure to follow as my training was about to comlete on 14 jan,2012. but my former chartered declared 183 leave for a period of 2.5 years
wht if d principal insists to serve the duration of articles under himself???
