Say your principal that your parent are not allowing you stay in Delhi any more and the are saying to come back to home.
Transfer in the first year of articleship is allowed without any restrictions, you can ask your principal for the same. continuation of articleship in the same city or at any other place is not an issue.

please suggest few reasons which i can give for taking transfer to my hometown

give the reason that ashiwini ji suggested ,I took transfer from one firm of Kolkata to my hometown this august,if he didn't allow that, and there are other ways to get that,at first try this.
2nd option don't go for office for 1 week/month say you are sick/bone broken with a doctor certificate after 1week/month say your principal that whether of the city is not shutting you and you want to go your hometown

You can make many more story of your choice for the principal
Please make one thing more clear that even if I haven't received articleship registration letter and icard from icai can and my name is also not refecting in the list of articles under Ca( my principal) due to some reason can I still take transfer or I have to wait for that registrations letter to be send by icai
I have proof of all documents regarding my registration in this firm such as bank statement in which stipend has been credited work diary form 102 103 etc but I don't have articleship registration letter and icard which is send by icai
I think it will not create a problem.
For registration problem contact ICAI or raise you query in e-sahhayata
